In 1974 he moved to Barcelona, Spain, where he lived for 18 annos. There he meets Antonio Tapies, Joan Miro, Alexander Calder, and other important artists such as Rufino Tamayo, who works stamping lithographs and engravings in the Workshop of the polygraph Barcelona. In 1975 he began a collaboration with the Galerie Editart Geneva, Switzerland. In that city befriended by Maria Zambrano, thinker and essayist Spanish exile in that city. Also make friends with Jose Angel Valente, who made a collaboration on a book of poems based on the Hebrew alphabet. The book is entitled "Three Lessons of Darkness", and won the National Prize in Poetry 1980. Maria Zambrano working in a beautiful book entitled: "Before the Hiding: The Seas with 4 litogtafias to relief. Also makes several other collaborations with MZ, such as "tree", with 7 color woodcuts, Homage to Miro, a lithograph with relief and MZ text. He has collaborated with poets quality Gimferrer Pere, Michel Butor, Vahe Godel, and Ramon Dachs. In 1992 he moved back to Miami, where he began teaching at Miami Dade College, where he teaches painting 3 classes to students of all ages.
